航母、女兵—這是大部分軍迷都相當感興趣的事情。作為我國的第壹艘航母，遼寧艦的規模可謂龐大，20多層3000多個艙室，壹千多名官兵在裏面各司其職。這壹千多名官兵中，有壹百名左右的女兵。整日住在顛簸的茫茫大海裏，航母上的各種設施也很齊全，現代化餐廳、洗衣房、健身房、垃圾分類處理站、郵局、超市等等，這些以前不可想象的設施在遼寧艦上都成為了現實。艦上的女兵來自9個不同的民族，分布於航母上各個不同崗位，航海、航空、戰鬥、執勤站崗等等都有女兵的身影。跟隨遼寧艦航母女教導員朱悅萌，走進神秘的航母女兵生活區。
